1. How long does delivery take?
We usually deliver within 3–5 working days across India. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

3. What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or choose Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

4. Is COD available for all pin codes?
COD is available for most serviceable locations. For some areas, we may need to confirm your order via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS or email with a tracking link. You can use it to follow your delivery in real-time.

6. What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?
We only accept returns or exchanges for wrong or defective items. An unboxing video is required to process your request. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
